Administrative Assistant

This position will support our Account Mangers as well as cover our front reception area. The ideal candidate must display excellent attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and complete given tasks and projects. In-depth training, as well as cross-department training, for the right candidate.

  • Daily Duties:
  • Providing support and assistance to various departments
  • Front desk coverage
  • Data entry
  • Managing shipping and deliveries
  • Maintaining conference rooms & front desk
  • Industry research
  • Proofreading marketing materials
  • Answering light phones
  • Day-to-day office and administrative needs
